All orders will be dispatched up to 3-5 working days after they have been placed. They are delivered by the courier Evri and can take up to 3 days after dispatch. 

We only ship to the UK at the moment. 

If you have changed your mind you can return an item to us if the product is unopened and in a resell-able state. We cannot accept returns if the product has been opened but your pet does not like the treats. 

Yes! We have certain packs for certain allergies but please send us an email if you are unsure and we will be sure to help you out! 

You can keep your treats in the resealable pouch or store them in an airtight container to keep them fresh! We advise you to keep them in a cool dry place out of direct sunlight.
